Yuvaraj Dinesh Babu is a clean energy, climate finance and carbon markets leader with over 30 years of international experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He is advising governments, multilateral development institutions, financial institutions and businesses on carbon markets, Paris Agreement Article 6, climate finance, clean energy and digital carbon market infrastructure. His experience spans policy and regulatory frameworks, carbon registries and market infrastructure, renewable energy, climate investment and institutional capacity building. He has led complex international programmes and multi-disciplinary teams, combining strategic advisory expertise with practical experience in operationalising high-integrity climate and carbon market solutions. Dinesh holds Masters Degree in Energy and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
