Ganesh Satish Neelam is the CEO of Sustain Plus Energy Foundation, an organization focusing on scaling proven decentralized renewable energy technologies and solutions to improve and strengthen the livelihoods of the communities. Through Sustain Plus, the scaled action is being undertaken in the Cow Dung value chain and Production Hub approaches to ensure positive impact on sustainable livelihoods and climate resilience.

Ganesh has been working with the rural and tribal communities for the last 25 years with the key focus
being on enabling communities meet their aspirations through focused scaled programmes on livelihoods and quality of life. One of his key facets is his involvement in analyzing the areas of Technology and Innovations in the ecosystem, which have the potential to strengthen the livelihoods of communities systematically. He is a Director at the Foundation for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (FISE), which focuses on the full stack architecture for addressing critical issues such as livelihoods, climate and healthcare.
