Biomethane Strategist for APAC, ACT Group

Hilman is a Biomethane Strategist for Asia Pacific at ACT Group, a leading global provider of market-based sustainability solutions headquartered in Netherlands.

Hilman is currently based in ACT’s Singapore office and leads its biomethane /bio-LNG business development across the entire APAC, from Japan to Singapore to Australia, focusing on developing strategic partnerships with producers, end-users, and local authorities.

Prior to joining ACT, Hilman worked in Europe’s biomethane industry as a Market Analyst at Renewable Energy Fuels BV (Re Fuels), based in Netherlands, where he supported the business development team with supply, demand, policy, and pricing assessments on cross-border biomethane and natural gas trades across European Union and United Kingdom.

In the past, he worked in various sectors in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Hilman holds a Master’s degree in Complex Systems Engineering and Management with a specialisation in Energy Systems from Delft University of Technology in Netherlands.
