David Newman, president of the World Biogas Association, recently guest wrote an article for Recycling & Waste World magazine. The article “How global cities can tackle their food waste” discusses the environmental and socio-economic risks of managing food waste. But David also highlights opportunities, blueprinted in Global Food Waste Management: An Implementation Guide For Cities, which World Biogas Association has written in collaboration with the C40 Cities Food, Water & Waste Programme.
