Ask WBA: Europe, build it back better
The World Biogas Association invites you to our online interactive meeting, “Ask WBA: Europe, build it back better.”
Date: 14.30 to 15.30 BST (UTC +1), Wednesday, 16th September
On 27th May, the European Commission presented in Parliament a €750 billion economic stimulus plan that, along with a revised proposal for the EU’s 2021-2027 budget, should help mitigate the shock from the coronavirus pandemic and pave the way for a sustainable future. In our online meeting “Ask WBA,” we will examine how biogas and related industries could contribute to that new economy.
Come to our 16th September edition and see these speakers:
David Newman, President of the World Biogas Association
Dr Nick Primmer, Policy and Market Analyst at the World Biogas Association
Harmen Dekker, Director of the European Biogas Association
Dr Stefanie Siebert, Executive Director of the European Compost Network
Vanya Veras, Secretary General of Municipal Waste Europe
Dr Keith Simons, Principal Scientist, SHV Energy
Plus, there will be time for questions-and-answers and networking with your peers.
We are bringing the industry together to…
…share experiences, explore challenges and opportunities (especially of coronavirus) and prospect for business. In the online meeting space, you can watch presentations, ask questions to our team and network directly with each other via video-link.
This online meeting is free to attend, and it’s open to both WBA members and non-members. It is part of a series of online meetings and webinars throughout the year.
