Varun Karad is the Co-Founder and CEO of REnergy Dynamics (RED), a driven and dynamic business leader who excels through hard work and hands-on involvement. Early in his career, he successfully revitalized his family’s pharmaceutical business, which he considers his own practical version of an MBA. His passion for learning continually motivates him to pursue further education at top institutions worldwide.

Currently, Varun is committed to advancing India’s renewable energy sector, with interests spanning CBG, solar, circular economy and waste management solutions. His leadership roles in previous organizations have honed his skills in stakeholder management, project execution, and crisis management, critical capabilities that are now serving him well in his entrepreneurial venture.

As a Bioenergy entrepreneur, Varun is dedicated to driving the success of REnergy Dynamics (RED) as its founder and owner. Under his leadership, he has built and guided the company from the ground up, pioneering an integrated platform that addresses the evolving needs of the renewable energy industry. His role goes beyond traditional leadership, as he is deeply involved in every aspect of the business, engaging directly in problem-solving, technological innovation, and business process optimization to ensure RED’s continued growth and impact.
