Rajesh Rawat is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience across the energy industry, consulting, and technology, with deep expertise in energy transition, decarbonisation, and digital transformation. Currently a Director at EY-Parthenon (India), Rajesh leads strategic initiatives focused on asset decarbonization, carbon management, renewable energy, and digital-enabled transformation programs.

He brings strong functional expertise in supply chain optimization, operating model design, plant operations, and asset management. Rajesh has significant experience in emerging areas such as green hydrogen, electrolyser value chain, green ammonia, and techno-commercial analysis supporting low-carbon energy transitions.

Rajesh has led several large-scale transformation programs for global energy companies, including Shell and leading national oil companies. His work includes defining Net Zero roadmaps, decarbonization technologies and developing digital twin solutions, and driving enterprise data strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
