Program Manager, Sustain Plus Energy Foundation

Dharmendra Kumar is a Program Manager at Sustain Plus Energy Foundation with an experience of more than a decade. Presently, he is leading the manure management initiatives under the Sustain Plus Energy Program. With expertise in renewable energy solutions, dairy development, and climate-resilient rural systems, he has worked extensively with government agencies, global partners, and technology innovators to scale sustainable energy access and circular economy solutions.

Previously, he led multi-sector state initiatives in Tripura, strengthening systems in health, education, livestock, and livelihoods. Dharmendra holds an M. Tech from IIT Bombay (Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Area) and has represented his work at national and international platforms.

Sustain Plus is a collaborative platform with the focus towards achieving sustainable scale for technology-based solutions, across ecosystems to enhance the livelihoods while nurturing the environment.
