Dr Sarah Letsinger

MBH Policy Lead, World Biogas Association

Sarah Letsinger is the Policy Lead for World Biogas Association’s #MakingBiogasHappen, an ambitious programme designed to accelerate the global growth of the biogas industry by implementing the necessary policies, regulations, and frameworks needed to foster an enabling environment.

Sarah holds a PhD in pharmaceutical pollution in the marine environment. Her earlier research also explored microplastics and nanomaterials pollution, with a focus on the environmental risk assessment of chemicals. Before joining the World Biogas Association, she worked in circular economy policy, both in Scottish Government and as a consultant.
