The BIO-Mix 200

The BIO-Mix 200 is Wangen Pumps’ latest high-performance feed pump for biogas plants, designed to reliably convey and mix a wide range of substrates. It offers industry-leading flow rates, reduced energy consumption, and exceptional durability for large-scale anaerobic digestion operations.

Case study implementation site

TerraSol Wirtschaftsdünger GmbH operates a biogas plant in Dorsten, Germany, recycling 195,000 tonnes of regional farm manure annually. The plant produces approximately 65 GWh of energy, with around 75% of the raw gas upgraded to biomethane for grid injection.
