AcuComm reported on nine new anaerobic digestion/biogas projects in July 2017.These have a combined value of US$163.4 million. Estimated feedstock tonnage is 555,057 tonnes, and power output is 28 MW, equal to an annual average of 61,673 tonnes and 3 MW per project.

Organic (general/unspecified) was the leading feedstock type for projects reported this month, accounting for US$73 million, equal to 45% of the total. The USA was the leading country in July 2017, accounting for four projects with a total value of US$69 million.
